House rules & policies.
House rules
Minimum age to book: the reserving guest must be at least 25 years old. No house parties or events of any kind. Please do not move the furniture. No smoking anywhere on the property, including all balconies. Per HOA rules, pets and golf carts are not permitted.
Cancellation policy
Full refund: guests may cancel up to 30 days before check-in and receive a full refund of the nightly rate and cleaning fees. Partial refund: guests who cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in receive 50% of the nightly rate for the remaining nights. No refund: cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable and the host receives payment for 100% of the reservation.
Parking
Two parking passes are provided for your stay. Both passes must remain clearly displayed inside the registered vehicles at all times while parked at the property to avoid towing.
Door code
Your unique door code will be sent by text and email approximately 2–3 days before check-in. The code is provided manually by the owner.
Smoking
The Property is 100% non-smoking, including all balconies. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 cleaning and deodorization fee.
Pets
Per HOA rules, pets are not permitted at any time — this is a strictly no-pet home. Any evidence of a pet in the unit results in a $500 unauthorized-pet cleaning fee and immediate eviction from the property, with no refund of remaining nights.
